Filming at Gadancourt
Situated less than 50 km from Paris and 45 minutes from Porte Maillot at the western edge of the French capital, the Chateau de Gadancourt is available for filming with its various outbuildings, its large French-style garden and its park planted with romantic old trees, making it ideal for large cinema and TV crews.
Authentic, historical decors in an unspoiled natural setting
Close to Paris and the leading French production companies, the Chateau de Gadancourt offers a variety of little-known historical decors for the shooting of films, television programmes and videos.
- An 18th century interior with a dining room, vestibule and connecting salons
- A main courtyard, garden and romantic French-style park for outside sequences. The quincunx of lime trees offers a particularly original, impressive setting.
- The outer courtyard with its outbuildings, including a big medieval building which still has its vaulted cellars and granary, completes a range of decors and “atmospheres” which can be adapted to the needs of your productions.
- All this in the peaceful village of Gadancourt, one of the prettiest villages in the Vexin regional park, with its churchyard, 12th century church and unspoiled rural environment.
